Educational Qualification:

• Staff Nurse: GNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized university.
• Community Health Assistants - Urban: ANM course / GNM Course from Institute recognized by Nursing Council.
• Facility Consultant Quality Monitoring: Nursing
• Art Counselor: Qualified Graduate Nurse
• Community Health Assistant - Urban (U-HWC): ANM Course / GNM Course 
• Staff Nurse (Polyclinics at UPHC under NUHM): GNM / B.Sc Nursing
• TBHV under NTEP: ANM / Health worker

Age Limit:

• Staff Nurse (U-HWC): 40 years.
• Community Health Assistants - Urban: 21-40 years.
• Facility Consultant Quality Monitoring: 40 years.
• Art Counselor: Up to 60 years
• Community Health Assistant (U-HWC): 40 years
• Staff Nurse (polyclinics at UPHC under NUHM): 40 years
• TBHV under NTEP: 21 years to 40 years

Application Fee:

• For General Candidates: Rs.100/-
• For SC/ST/OBC/other reserved candidates: Rs.50/-

Consolidated Remuneration:

• Staff Nurse (U-HWC): Rs.25,000/- per month.
• Community Health Assistants - Urban under NUHM: Rs.13,000/- per month.
• Facility Consultant Quality Monitoring: Rs.35,000/- per month.
• Art Counselor: Rs 13,000/-
• Staff Nurse (Polyclinics at UPHC under NUHM): Rs 25,000/-
• TBHV under NTEP: Rs 18,000/-

Selection Process :

• Applicants will be selected basis on the Document Verification/Computer Test/Written Test/Interview.
