- Community Health Assistant: GNM, ANM & B.Sc Nursing from a recognized university.
- ANM; GNM, ANM & B.Sc Nursing from a recognized university.
Age Limit:
- Staff Nurse: 40 years.
- Community Health Assistant: 40 years.
- ANM: 21-40 years.
Application Fee:
- For General Candidates: Rs.100/-
- For Reserved Categories: Rs.50/-
Consolidated Emoluments:
- Staff Nurse: Rs.25,000/- per month.
- Community Health Assistant: Rs.13,000/- per month.
- ANM: Rs.13,000/- per month.
