1. Junior Staff Nurse / Junior Grade Nurse (GMC Jammu): Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery / B.Sc Nursing from any recognized Institution / State
2. Junior Staff Nurse / Junior Grade Nurse (GMC Srinagar): Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery / B.Sc Nursing from any recognized Institution / State /Medical Faculty / J&K Paramedical Council
3. Junior Grade Nurse(FW, MCH and Immunization), Kathua Division: Matric with Diploma in Nursing from State Medical Faculty or any other recognized Institution 
4. Junior Grade Nurse(FW, MCH and Immunization), Ganderbal Division: Matric with Diploma in Nursing from State Medical Faculty or any other recognized Institution
5. Junior Nurse(DHS, Jammu): Matric with Diploma in Nursing from SMF or any other recognized Institute
6. Junior Nurse(DHS, Kashmir), Ganderba Div: Matric with Diploma in Nursing SMF or any other recognized institution recognized institute recognized by Government

Level-4 (25500-81100)

• Check all the required fields are filled up with correct information before the final submission of the application
• Pay the application fee
• Finally, submit the application form
• Take a printout for further use
